Christopher Foss is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he specializes in M&A advisory. Mr. Foss has over 15 years of investment banking experience, primarily executing public and private buy-side, sell-side and special committee assignments across a broad range of industries. Prior to joining Moelis & Company as an Associate in 2011, he was an Associate in the Global Distressed and Corporate Opportunities group at The Carlyle Group. Mr. Foss began his career as an Analyst at UBS Investment Bank. Mr. Foss holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Southern California.
