Carlos Jimenez is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company, where he focuses on the digital media, entertainment and technology industries. Mr. Jimenez has over 14 years of investment banking experience and has completed a number of high profile transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, leveraged buyouts and restructurings. During his career, Mr. Jimenez has provided strategic advice and innovative solutions to a broad spectrum of marquee clients focused on digital media, film and television, music, sports, gaming, e-commerce, marketing and talent management. Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Mr. Jimenez was an Associate at Lehman Brothers in the Leveraged Finance Group working on leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations and strategic acquisition financings. Prior to that, he was an Analyst in the Financial Institutions Group at Lehman Brothers. Mr. Jimenez holds a B.A. in Economics with distinction from Yale University.
