Carlos has over 20 years of investment banking experience and has completed numerous high-profile M&A transactions, debt and equity financings, IPOs, leveraged buyouts and restructurings. Carlos is a trusted advisor to players within the Hollywood ecosystem and is perennially recognized as a top dealmaker by the Hollywood Reporter. Additionally, his significant experience consummating transactions extends across music, sports, live events, gaming, digital media, technology and various adjacent sectors. Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Carlos worked in the Leveraged Finance Group at Lehman Brothers. Carlos holds a B.A. in Economics from Yale University.
