Brad Davis is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he specializes in M&A advisory. He has extensive experience executing public and private sell-side, buy-side and special committee assignments and has advised on numerous high-profile, strategic M&A transactions across a broad range of industries. Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Brad worked in the Investment Banking Division of Barclays Capital where he executed a variety of M&A and capital markets transactions and began his career as an Equity Investment Analyst at Federated Investors. Brad holds a B.S. in Finance and Economics from Tulane University and an M.B.A. from Yale School of Management.
