Ben Boyd is a Managing Director of Moelis Australia in Corporate Finance. He has over 20 years of investment banking experience, predominantly in real estate and significant advisory and capital markets experience across M&A, IPOs, secondary placements, wholesale capital raising, debt and ratings advisory. Recent relevant experience includes Viva Energy’s IPO of Viva Energy REIT, APG’s investment in the Lendlease retirement business, Generation REIT’s sale to NorthWest Properties and CIMIC’s exit from the Leighton Properties business. Ben is the former Managing Director and Head of Real Estate, Gaming and Lodging for Bank of America Merrill Lynch Australia. Prior to that, Ben worked at UBS and Citi in Australia. Ben holds a Bachelor of Commerce (First Class Honours) and a Bachelor of Science.
