Ben Axelrod is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he specializes in M&A advisory. Mr. Axelrod has over 14 years of investment banking experience, executing public and private buy-side, sell-side and special committee assignments across a broad range of industries. His expertise has led him to advise on numerous high-profile, strategic M&A transactions with an emphasis on the healthcare sector, namely the medtech, biotech and pharmaceuticals industries. Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Mr. Axelrod worked in the M&A group at UBS. In 2018, he was named as one of Business Insider’s Rising Stars on Wall Street. Mr. Axelrod graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania. He currently serves on the board of the World Civic Orchestra.
