Bassam Latif is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he specializes in Capital Structure Advisory and special situations M&A. He has over 25 years of investment banking experience, advising companies, equity investors, and creditors across a broad range of industries including technology, energy and clean tech, shipping and transportation, and industrials. Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Bassam was with Rothschild, Inc. where he focused on M&A and restructuring transactions. Bassam holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering and a B.A. in Economics from Rice University and an M.B.A. from Columbia University.
