Apurva Mazumder is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company. Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Mr. Mazumder was an Executive Director heading the Industrials and Infrastructure Investment Banking Group at JP Morgan India. During his tenure at JP Morgan, Mr. Mazumder advised on a wide variety of domestic and international transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings. Prior to JP Morgan, Mr. Mazumder was with ICICI Securities where he provided a broad range of investment banking services to clients. Mr. Mazumder joined ICICI Securities from Cemex where he worked in the business development team for Asia Pacific. He began his investment banking career in the Corporate Finance Group at Arthur Andersen. Mr. Mazumder holds a B.Sc. from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.
