Ankush Gupta is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company, where he specializes in advising clients on M&A and capital markets transactions in the Software sector. Mr. Gupta has over 16 years of experience in the technology industry, primarily in Silicon Valley, initially working as a Software Engineer for over 4 years before transitioning to technology investment banking. Through his years of experience, Mr. Gupta has developed broad expertise and understanding of the technology industry and particularly of the software sector including areas such as cybersecurity, infrastructure software, data analytics and various application stacks. As an investment banker, Mr. Gupta has executed M&A transactions globally across geographies including US, UK, Canada, Australia, France, Germany, Brazil, Japan, South Korea, China and India. Mr. Gupta holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Panjab University, India and an M.B.A. from the Stern School of Business at New York University.
