Ankit Dalal is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he specializes in Capital Structure Advisory. Ankit has extensive experience, having originated and executed a variety of Chapter 11 proceedings, out-of-court restructurings, liability management transactions, and financings across a broad range of industries, working with companies, creditors and investors. Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Ankit was a Managing Director in the Debt Advisory & Restructuring Group at Evercore. He previously held roles in distressed investing and began his career in the Energy and Leveraged Finance Groups at Citigroup. Ankit holds a B.B.A. in Finance with high honors from the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas
