Andrew Lerner is a Managing Director and Deputy General Counsel -Americas at Moelis & Company. Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Mr. Lerner was a Director and Counsel for the Investment Banking Department at Credit Suisse Previously, he was in private practice as a corporate attorney at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP. Mr. Lerner holds an A.B. from Muhlenberg College, an M.A. from the New School for Social Research and a J.D. from New York University School of Law.
