Amy Chen is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company, where she leads the Firm’s healthcare technology franchise. Amy has extensive investment banking experience with a focus on M&A and capital markets advisory in healthcare IT and services. Prior to joining Moelis & Company, she was an investment banker at Citigroup in the Global Financial Institutions Group. In 2022, Amy was named among the Rising Stars of Wall Street by Business Insider. She graduated magna cum laude with an A.B. from Harvard University and holds a M. Fin. from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
