Abhinav Gattani is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company, where he advises clients in the technology sector on corporate finance matters. Mr. Gattani has over a decade of investment banking experience and has completed a number of high profile transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings, and leveraged buyouts. During his career, Mr. Gattani has advised a broad spectrum of marquee technology and non-technology clients globally, focusing on digitization, software, services, networking, digital media and internet sectors. Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Mr. Gattani was an Senior Associate in Global Technology Investment Banking at Citigroup and an Associate at Goldman Sachs. He was also formerly a Senior Manager at Oracle Corporation, where he focused on business development, strategy and product management. Mr. Gattani holds a Bachelor of Engineering with Honors from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS) and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
