Bio

Eric M. Corrigan is a Managing Director within the Financial Institutions Group at MJC Partners. He advises community banks on mergers and acquisitions, balance sheet restructuring, business plan development and the private placement of capital for initial and secondary offerings. In a career spanning over 30 years Mr. Corrigan has advised on approximately $40 billion of strategic transactions and $35 billion of capital raises. Prior to joining MJC Partners in February 2024, Mr. Corrigan was with Commerce Street Capital from 2017 as Head of the FIG Group. Before his most recent tenure at Commerce Street, he was with FBR Capital Markets, and has spent portions of his career at Stifel/KBW, Fox-Pitt Kelton and Citigroup, having started his investment banking career at Salomon Brothers Inc. In addition, he worked as a bank holding company examiner for the Denver branch of the Kansas City Federal Reserve District. He is a summa cum laude graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder, with a B.S. in Finance. Mr. Corrigan splits time between MJC’s Los Angeles headquarters and New York where he resides with his wife Jeannette. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf, skiing, cycling and platform tennis.
