Bio

Stephen joined Miles Advisory Partners in 2010. With more than 25 years' experience in the corporate finance sector, he has led more than 60 transactions including acquisitions, divestments, capital raisings, corporate re-structures and off-market takeovers, across a range of sectors, including business services, IT, finance and insurance, and automotive. Prior to joining Miles Advisory Partners, he held several senior corporate strategic roles, including for UXC Limited. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Business in Banking and Finance, a Graduate Diploma of Corporations and Securities Law and a Masters of Applied Finance.
