Ryan Jordan Bio

Prior to joining Miles Advisory, Ryan has 18 years experience as a Managing Director in PwC's Mergers & Acquisitions team where he provided lead advisory services in relation to divestments, acquisitions, capital raisings, mergers and strategic relationships. Ryan has experience across multiple industries with a particular focus on retail and consumer, industrial products, food and agriculture as well as cross border transactions. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons), Bachelor of Commerce (Finance and International Business), Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice and Graduate Diploma in Corporations and Securities Law.
