Lloyd has over 13 years’ experience providing corporate finance services. Since joining Miles in 2013, Lloyd has successfully advised a number of mid-market clients across a range of industry sectors, including financial services, automotive, wholesale and distribution, logistics and business services. Prior to joining Miles, Lloyd spent five years with PwC Corporate Finance providing advice to clients on mergers and acquisitions, valuation, financial modelling and other general advisory services. Lloyd holds a Bachelor of Management Studies (Hons) in Finance and Economics.
