Kevin joined Miles as a Senior Advisor in 2013. Kevin has a distinguished reputation as a leading investment banker in Australia with a career spanning over 25 years. He has advised many of Australia’s largest listed and private companies on mergers and acquisitions, reorganisations and debt/equity capital markets transactions. Prior to establishing independent advisory/private equity boutique, Momentum Pacific Group in 2003, Kevin was a Managing Director of JPMorgan Australia and prior to that, Executive Director – Corporate Finance of both Ord Minnett and Schroders Australia. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Accounting (Honours) and qualified as a Chartered Accountant whilst working for Ernst & Young, both in South Africa and Australia.
