Guru has over eight years corporate finance experience, having worked across M&A and ECM. His last role was with KPMG's M&A team in Auckland and has previously worked with Morgan Stanley and IIFL Capital in Australia and India. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a MBA and is also CFA and CA certified.
