Curtis “Chip” Loeb is a veteran CFO who now consults with CEOs, owners and boards to help them improve profits and cash flow through financial planning and management. Chip has experience in various industries and companies of different sizes and at different stages in their life cycles. Chip’s expertise includes M&A, equity and debt transactions, financial and strategic planning, financial operations and reporting, complex tax strategies and budgeting. Chip has spent much of his career in the insurance space, involved in strategic planning, operations and M&A. He was a key executive in the rehabilitation of Mutual Benefit Life Insurance Company, and has been involved on the buy side in numerous insurance transactions. Prior to joining MidCap Advisors, Chip was the chief financial officer of SageGlass, a Minnesota-based high-tech manufacturer, where he guided the company through an acquisition by Saint-Gobain, a multinational conglomerate based in France. He led the post-acquisition integration, as well. Chip also serves on the boards of trustees of two non-profit organizations in central New Jersey. Chip received his MBA from Harvard Business School and his BA from Washington University in St. Louis.
