Frank Novel Bio

Frank Novel brings more than 45 years of banking and regulatory experience to his role as President of Metropolitan Capital Bank. Since helping to found Metropolitan Capital in 2005, Frank has focused on creating the internal infrastructure, policies, and procedures that have fostered the bank's growth. Frank began as an examiner for the FDIC and has served as President of four banks in the Chicago area. Education: B.S. in Economics, Purdue University. Registrations & Certifications: Series 7, 24, and 63; Certified Treasury Professional.
