Steve has over 25 years of investment banking experience in mergers & acquisitions, private & public capital raising, strategic advisory and project finance transactions. He has worked extensively with public companies, private companies, family-owned businesses and co-operatives throughout North America, South America and Europe. Steve has extensive experience in food ingredients and the food supply chain, as well as experience in consumer products, energy and industrial businesses. Steve most recently served as a Managing Director at Piper Jaffray and Conaccord Genuity where he headed up the food practice and previously worked at Merrill Lynch and Lehman Brothers.
