Prior to joining Metronome Partners, Drew worked for two years as a Corporate Credit Risk Analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch where he was responsible for analyzing and monitoring a portfolio of 20 public companies to meet their syndicated financing needs. Drew prepared and presented credit memorandums detailing transaction rationale, borrower profile, deal structure, industry overview, free cash flow projections, and key credit risks. Drew also participated in executing and underwriting large swap transactions and acquisition financings. Drew received a B.S. in Finance with honors from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
