Rosalind has 21 years of extensive work experience in advising startups and middle market companies on strategic partnering, business development, and M&A cross-border transactions. Rosalind has worked on assignments involving identifying and structuring Strategic Partnerships, Sourcing Capital, and Business Development for Indian, Chinese and US companies. Rosalind received an MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business and was an active member in their Alumni Entrepreneurship Committee for five years.
