Tony is a Director at Meridian Capital, specializing in the technology sector. As a Director, Tony advises management teams and shareholders on strategic and corporate finance decisions as well as on implementation of strategic initiatives. Prior to joining Meridian, Tony co-founded Xtreme Consulting Group, Inc., an international business and IT services firm that delivers consulting services across multiple sectors and regions. Xtreme grew rapidly due to a combination of organic growth and strategic acquisitions (including Blackfin Technology, Kipe Technologies, and Synergy Seven), and is regularly recognized as one of the fastest growing companies in the state and nation. Prior to his work with Xtreme, Tony was at Microsoft, where he served in multiple roles, including technologist, senior consultant, technology specialist, and systems engineer. While in Microsoft Consulting Services, he worked with multiple Fortune 500 companies on technology architecture, design, and implementation. Tony is a graduate of the University of Washington, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in economics. Tony has been in the IT industry since 1993, and has earned more than 20 product certifications. He is a member of the Founders Circle for the Microsoft Alumni Foundation; and in 2009, the Puget Sound Business Journal recognized Tony as one of Seattle’s “Top 40 Under 40” for his business leadership and community involvement.
