Jon is a co-founder of Menalto Advisors and has spent over a decade advising companies around the world on M&A, growth capital, and other strategic transactions. He has closed more than 40 transactions with leading corporations and financial firms across a range of technology sectors. Select experience includes transactions with Apple, Carlyle Group, Danaher, Ford, Google, Hg Capital, Intel, Koch Industries, Meta, NetEase, Nidec, Qualcomm, Sonos, Sony, and Zynga. Over half of Jon’s deals have crossed borders and in 2019 Jon, on behalf of the firm, relocated from the Bay Area to Europe. Previously, Jon was an Associate at Pagemill Partners, a technology M&A firm which was acquired by Duff & Phelps. He started his career at Deloitte Consulting where he worked on strategy and M&A projects for large public and private clients in the healthcare, hospitality, and industrials sectors. Jon graduated Summa Cum Laude from Miami University’s Farmer School of Business with a double Bachelors of Science in Accounting and Management. Jon grew up primarily in Ohio and Kentucky but also lived for several years in England, Italy, and Luxembourg. Whenever possible he spends his free time outdoors with his wife and kids.
