Guido Wulf Bio

Guido commenced his career with Peters Associates AG and subsequently worked for a German mid-cap private equity fund. He joined Melcofin in 2007. He is a graduate of University of St. Gallen, Switzerland and holds a Master of Arts HSG in Economics. Guido manages M&A/corporate finance transactions of Melcofin & Co. within German-speaking Europe. Guido is fluent in German, English, French and Italian. In addition to his corporate finance and M&A activities Guido is an active investor in smaller German family-owned businesses. Guido’s particular area of specialization is within the Technology/IT sector, the professional service industry and the health care sector. He is based in Frankfurt am Main/Germany.
