Michael has nearly three decades of experience in commercial and investment banking in Sub Saharan Africa. He has led landmark equity, debt, M&A and project finance transactions. Michael has worked at Ecobank Capital (Regional Managing Director, Investment Banking), CFC Financial Services (Director-Corporate & Structured Finance) and Equatorial Investment Bank Ltd (Managing Director). Michael, holds a Master’s Degree in Finance & Investment from the University of Exeter and a Bachelor of Property Administration Degree from the University of Auckland.
