Giuseppe Baldelli Bio

Giuseppe Baldelli started his professional career in 1996 at Credit Suisse (at that time BZW), where he worked over the years in both the EMEA M&A and EMEA Media & Telecoms teams, becoming Managing Director in 2008. In 2010 Giuseppe Baldelli joined Deutsche Bank as Head of M&A Italy and in 2012 he became Head of Italy Investment Banking Coverage & Advisory. During his time at Deutsche Bank, he was also appointed Vice Chairman of EMEA M&A and led M&A and Strategic Coverage for Southern Europe. In 2021, he was appointed Chairman of EMEA Investment Banking Coverage & Advisory. In June 2022, Giuseppe Baldelli joined Mediobanca as Co-Head of Corporate & Investment Banking and was appointed Chairman of Mediobanca's Global Coverage. With around 30 years of experience, Giuseppe Baldelli has worked on some of the most important M&A, equity and debt transactions in Italy and EMEA.
