Steven Tang Bio

Steven Tang is an investment banker that has advised on many of the largest and most complex mergers, acquisitions and strategic restructuring transactions in Asia and the Middle East. He draws upon his understanding of how efficient solutions impact the competitiveness of businesses to advise his clients on executing their growth strategies. He has broad experience, having advised numerous corporations on strategic M&A and Corporate Finance transactions. In particular, he has developed a direct and deep dialogue with Asian and Middle East clients interested in developing in Europe. He holds a PhD in Business Administration and is a Business Administration graduate.
