Peter Hubert Bio

Peter Hubert has experience advising companies on M&A assignments. In the last few years, Peter completed projects in the IT, Support Services, FMCG Retail & Distribution and TMT sectors. His primary role is advising clients pursuing cross-border transactions between Europe and Asia. His practice embraces all aspects of corporate finance, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and the issuance of debt and equity capital. He has broad experience in Corporate Finance, having advised on numerous M&A and Debt Advisory – restructuring and project finance transactions. Peter graduated in Business and Economics and he holds an MBA.
