Bio

Denis is one of the founding members of MDN Group and has over 20 years of experience advising companies in M&A and corporate finance. He works on all strategic initiatives as well as managing the company infrastructure. He has broad experience in strategic advice and corporate finance, having advised clients on a range of transactions including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructuring. His responsibilities include managing the MDN Group’s operations, identifying and developing new strategic opportunities, and pursuing and managing new and existing client relationships. Denis has broad experience in the corporate finance business, having advised a wide range of private and public companies in Europe and Asia including takeovers, acquisitions, disposals and raising capital. He holds the degree of Master of Business Administration.
