Andrew Volkov has experience advising companies in both M&A and corporate finance. His experience covers debt and equity fundraising and M&A across Asia and the Middle East. Andrew believes that properly structured investments, partnerships, and acquisitions can create win-win outcomes for companies as well as large industrial companies seeking to create enduring shareholder value. He has a broad experience of public and private transactions including takeovers, acquisitions, disposals, capital raisings and restructurings. He holds an MBA as well as a Master’s Degree in Finance and Accounting and is a Bachelor of Mathematics.
