Sid Li is a Vice President at McNally Capital, where he focuses on evaluating and executing direct private equity investments and supporting portfolio companies. Prior to joining McNally Capital, Sid was a Vice President at 777 Partners, a Miami-based private equity investment firm, as well as co-founder of TRENDI, a web and mobile platform startup that helps entertainment and fashion freelancers source and secure contract jobs. Prior to TRENDI, he was a private equity associate at Comvest Partners, a middle market private equity fund based in West Palm Beach, FL. Prior to Comvest Partners, he was an investment banking analyst in the Restructuring & Recapitalization Group at Jefferies in New York. Sid began his career as an investment banking analyst in the Recapitalization & Restructuring Group at Morgan Joseph TriArtisan in Atlanta. His experience includes M&A, equity and debt financings, and financial restructurings across industries. Sid received a BSBA in Finance and a second major in Economics from Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
