Mike Ember is a Vice President at McNally Capital, where he focuses on evaluating and executing direct private equity investments and supporting portfolio companies. Prior to joining McNally Capital, Mike served as a Senior Investment Banking Analyst at William Blair & Company. Prior to that, Mike was an Investment Banking Analyst at Mesirow Financial. His experience includes M&A and equity financings and recapitalizations in the aerospace, industrial, and consumer sectors. Mike received an MBA with concentrations in Financing, Accounting, and Entrepreneurship from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA in Economics from the University of Chicago.
