Bio

Paul is the firm’s Chief Operating Officer, with responsibility for its operational strategy, including a multiyear digitalisation program focussed on supporting efficient and effective client service. His role involves oversight of the firm’s financial performance, talent development, technology, marketing, corporate governance and operational risk management. Paul is also a Partner in the transactions team and has extensive advisory experience leading transactions, business reviews and strategic change projects. Throughout his career he has worked across a broad range of industries, including finance and investment, retail, mining, manufacturing, automotive, tourism, childcare and technology. As an experienced transactions advisor, Paul’s due diligence experience has included acting for clients including Cimic, Caltex, Cabcharge, Guardian Childcare, WH Soul Pattison, Hunter Hall and several private equity funds and investment banks. Paul has also lead the sale of ABC Learning Centres, Banksia, and South Canterbury Finance and recently advised the vendor a chain of premium childcare centres. Paul’s strategy and change management experience includes business unit separation planning for John Holland and a strategic review of Ayers Rock Resort on behalf of the Indigenous Land Corporation.
