He works closely with clients to execute mergers, acquisitions and divestments, securing equity and debt financing, implementing strategic initiatives aimed at maximising shareholder value and generational transfers of family held businesses. Gordon has spent 20 years in the investment banking industry developing and deepening client relationships within the industrial, business services, natural resources, and energy sectors in Australia, the US and Europe.
