Dustin Ramsey has successfully executed a number of transactions for the firm since joining in 2013. His diverse experience serving clients in buy-side and sell-side capacities and in a variety of industries will continue to serve the clients well. His expertise is focused in the Technology and Business Services Industries. Mr. Ramsey brings over seven years of accounting and corporate finance experience. His experience has provided the opportunity to work on both the client facing and operating entity side spanning multiple industries, companies and transactions. Prior to joining Mazzone & Associates, Mr. Ramsey spent two years at NAPA (a subsidiary of Genuine Parts Company) working with their corporate finance group. During his tenure, Mr. Ramsey served under the CFO in both accounting and finance functions and oversaw the financial management of the technology divisions. Mr. Ramsey began his career as an auditor at Frazier & Deeter providing financial reporting for public and private clients in the private equity, real estate, fund of funds, dentistry management, and product distribution markets. Mr. Ramsey graduated with honors from Georgia State University with a B.B.A. in both accounting and finance. He also holds an M.B.A. from Emory University where he served as a member of the Emory Center for Alternative Investments.
