Bio

Stanley joined Maxit Capital in 2014 and has over a decade of investment banking experience in the metals and mining sector. Prior to Maxit, he spent 5 years with the mining investment banking team at Dundee Capital Markets. He has originated and advised on a wide range of transactions including; acting as financial advisor on corporate, asset and joint venture mandates; advising the target and bidder in hostile transactions; and equity and structured financings; with an aggregate deal value exceeding $25 billion. Stanley is a CPA, CA, a CFA Charterholder and holds a MAcc and BAFM degrees from the University of Waterloo.
