Jose Luis is an accomplished investment banker with over 22 years of global banking experience at TD Securities. During his time in banking, he advised a wide variety of clients ranging from TSX-listed mining companies to large Latin American conglomerates in M&A advisory, equity underwriting and debt financing. Jose Luis also has corporate experience, having deployed his capital markets expertise and mining knowledge to create a new TSX-listed gold company. He led corporate strategy, M&A, financing and relationship management with capital markets participants and global institutional investors for 7 years. Jose Luis holds an MBA from University of Toronto (Rotman School of Management) and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Universidad de Lima in Peru.
