Mr. Veera has over 14 years of investment banking and financial services experience. Mr. Veera has completed a vast array of transactions across different product types including IPOs, Secondaries/ Follow-on Offerings, SPACs, CMPO’s, RD, PIPEs, Privates, Fairness Opinions and M&A mandates. His clients span a broad range of industries including Healthcare, Technology, Industrials, Esports & Gaming, Energy, Consumer, REITs & financial services. Prior to joining Maxim, Mr. Veera was a Vice President at Provident group, a mid-market Investment bank serving emerging growth sectors. Prior to that, he was a VP at Rodman &Renshaw, where he spearheaded the India initiative and was instrumental in originating and closing several deals across sectors. In his tenure, he has managed over $5 billion in corporate finance transaction. He holds an MBA from the Baruch College and holds a BBA from Mumbai University.
