Michael Quintavalla Bio

Mr. Quintavalla has over 10 years of investment banking and financial services experience. He has participated in multiple product offerings including IPOs, Follow-Ons, PIPEs, Private Placement, 506c, Reg. A, amd Uplistings/Re-“IPOs”. In 2017, Mr. Quintavalla was tasked with building Maxim’s online platform – M-Vest.com. Prior to joining Maxim Group, he was at Novartis Pharmaceuticals, in the Public Affairs division. Mr. Quintavalla holds a Bachelor’s in Economics and International Relations from the Boston University. He currently holds the FINRA Series 7, 24, and 79 licenses.
