Eddie has spent over 11 years within the investment banking and financial services industry with a focus on emerging growth and middle market issuers. Prior to joining Maxim Group, he practiced as a CPA at KPMG. Eddie has an expertise in crafting capital markets solutions and structuring transactions as evidenced by completing hundreds of mandates across product types including IPOs, Uplistings (Re-IPO), Secondaries/Follow-Ons, CMPOs, RDs, ATMs, PIPEs, Private Placements, SPACs, M&A, and Fairness Opinions. His clients span a broad range of industries including TMT, Healthcare, eSports & Gaming, Hospitality, Energy, Industrials, and Financial Services. He received his Bachelors of Science in Accounting (B.S.Ac.) and Master of Accounting (M.Acc.) from the accelerated five-year masters program at the University of Florida.
