Mr. Teller has spent 30 years in investment banking servicing and financing emerging growth, middle market and large cap companies in a variety of industries including healthcare, shipping, industrials and TMT. Mr. Teller is a founder and heads Maxim’s investment banking group which has maintained a leading position in small cap investment banking focusing on public and private financings and advisory services for its clients for the last 20 years. Prior to joining Maxim Group, Mr. Teller was a founder of Momentum Media Capital, a Partner at BlueStone Capital Partners, LP, and managed a leveraged portfolio in excess of $2 billion at Mitsubishi Banking Corporation. He was formally trained at Chase Banking Corporation completing its management training program in 2003. He received his MBA in Finance from Fordham University, and holds a BA in Accounting and Business Administration from the State University of New York at Albany.
