Bio

Walter is responsible for supporting the execution of M&A transactions, analyzing business performance, and performing company and industry analyses. Since joining the firm, he has supported divestitures, private equity recapitalizations, buy-side transactions and stock/asset sales. He was hired by martinwolf after working as an intern analyst during his senior year of college. Walter graduated from Cornell University with a B.S. in Applied Economics and Management, and is a FINRA-registered broker.
