Ryan Barton Bio

Ryan Barton joined MarshBerry in the summer of 2018 and currently serves as a Vice President. His responsibilities include the preparation of valuation reports, merger & acquisition projects, perpetuation plans, and general consulting projects. Prior to joining MarshBerry, Ryan worked at FMV Opinions, Inc., a valuation and financial advisory firm. While at FMV Opinions, Ryan performed valuation analyses and financial advisory services for financial reporting, transaction advisory, and estate & gift tax purposes. Ryan has experience working in a number of industries including insurance, manufacturing, technology, energy, and professional services. He currently maintains the FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE®) Exam, in addition to the Series 7, 79, and 63 FINRA Registrations through MarshBerry Capital, LLC, the affiliated FINRA-registered Broker/Dealer of Marsh, Berry & Co., LLC. Ryan earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of California, Irvine’s Paul Merage School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from the University of California, Los Angeles. He is also a member of the CFA Institute and a CFA charter holder.
