Jennifer Martin Bio

Jennifer Martin joined MarshBerry as an Associate in October 2019. As part of MarshBerry’s Financial Advisory team, Jennifer focuses on financial management consulting and valuation services, while also assisting senior level consultants on merger and acquisition (M&A) advisory. Jennifer began her career at Bober, Markey, Fedorovich (BMF) where she worked on a variety of corporate audits, primarily focusing on middle-market, privately-held businesses. Jennifer then transitioned to BMF’s transaction advisory services team where she primarily focused on buy side financial due diligence projects for private equity groups. She currently maintains the FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE®) Exam, in addition to the Series 7, 79, and 63 FINRA Registrations through MarshBerry Capital, LLC, the affiliated FINRA-registered Broker/Dealer of Marsh, Berry & Co., LLC. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from The University of Akron. She holds the Certified Public Accounting (CPA) designation and the Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) designation.
