Jack Pratt Bio

Jack Pratt joined MarshBerry in 2022 as a Vice President on the Financial Advisory Team. Jack’s years of successful team management and achievements in core areas such as risk analysis, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and business development make him a valuable ally for MarshBerry clients. Jack oversees M&A and financial consulting projects, strategy development, and client relationships, ensuring principals have access to vital data and new growth opportunities. He is responsible for conducting hands-on analysis, driving growth, and guaranteeing MarshBerry services are delivered effectively and efficiently. A Dallas, Texas native, Jack was awarded Best Insurance Professional by D Magazine in 2020. Before joining MarshBerry, Jack held the positions of Director of Mergers and Acquisitions, DSM Mergers & Acquisitions, and Director of Business Development at Davidson Stewart Morelock Independent Insurance Group. Jack currently maintains the FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE®) Exam, in addition to the Series 7, 79 and 63 FINRA Registrations through MarshBerry Capital, LLC, the affiliated FINRA-registered Broker/Dealer of Marsh, Berry & Co., LLC. Jack graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a B.A. in Government and International Studies. He received his MBA in Finance from Southern Methodist University in Dallas and is passionate about human rights.
