and access,
Eric Hallinan joined MarshBerry in 2011, bringing with him significant experience in insurance firm operations, finance, and technology. He is a trusted partner for buyers and sellers who depend on his proficiency at deal negotiation, due diligence, deal execution and integration planning. His involvement covers the full gamut of a merger & acquisition (“M&A”) transaction, and he works hard to provide clients with a seamless, comprehensive experience. Prior to MarshBerry, Eric was part of an internet start-up and separately led the finance and I.T. functions at Benefit Partners, an independent insurance brokerage firm, where he was also an investment advisor representative with Cambridge Investment Research. Eric currently maintains the FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE®) Exam in addition to the Series 62, 79 and 63 FINRA Registrations through MarshBerry Capital, Inc., the affiliated FINRA-registered Broker/Dealer of Marsh, Berry & Co., Inc. Eric has a bachelor’s degree in cognitive science from UCLA, and an MBA from the Drucker School at Claremont Graduate University. He is also a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA).
