He was recognized as a top dealmaker in The M&A Advisor's Annual 40 Under 40 Emerging Leader Awards. Since joining Marks Baughan in 2006, Mr. Rose has advised industry leading companies like Iridium on its sale to BigHand, SureCloud on its investment from CGE, MetaCompliance on its investment from Tenzing, Tcompliance on its sale to ethiXbase, Exterro on its strategic investment from Leeds Equity, ACL on its minority investment from Norwest, Invoiceware on its sale to Sovos, Iris Data Services on its sale to Epiq Systems, Datacert on its sale to Wolters Kluwer, Anaqua on its sale to Insight Venture Partners, uMonitor on its sale to Harland Financial Solutions, Serengeti on it sale to Thomson Reuters, Integrity Interactive on its sale to SAI Global, Investcorp on its acquisition of Veritext, Integreon on its minority investment from Actis, Alexander Gallo Holdings on its minority investment from Accel KKR and eCount on its sale to Citi. Mr. Rose received his BA in Economics from Swarthmore College.
