Chris Hildreth joined Marks Baughan in 2023, where he advises business and tech-enabled services companies in M&A and capital raising transactions. Prior to joining Marks Baughan, he served as Managing Director and Head of Business Services Investment Banking at Truist Securities. Prior to Truist, Mr. Hildreth advised business and tech-enabled services companies over his 16 year tenure with Robert W. Baird & Co. Before Baird, Mr. Hildreth was part of Deutsche Bank Securities’ business services investment banking team and the audit practice of EY in Indianapolis. He earned a B.S. and MBA at the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
